Lucky ticket: competition for an experience

1. Organizer of the competition

The organizer of the competition is Adrop s.r.o.,
with registered office: Vinohradská 2165/48, 12000 Prague 2,
ID: 27312925,
registered in the Commercial Register kept at the Municipal Court in Prague,
(hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser").

2. Name and nature of the competition

The Competition is called "Lucky Ticket" (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition").

The Competition is a consumer competition within the meaning of Section 2(1)(h) of Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, and is not a lottery or other gambling game within the meaning of Act No. 186/2016 Coll., on Gambling.

3. Time and place of the competition

The competition takes place repeatedly every calendar month.

Orders placed from the first day to the last day of the respective calendar month in which the "Lucky Ticket" supplementary service was purchased are included in the specific monthly draw.

The winner is drawn on the first working day of the month following the end of the relevant competition period.

The place of the competition is the Czech Republic.

Any natural person - consumer who:

• has a delivery address in the Czech Republic,

• is over 18 years of age,

• places an order on the website www.adrop.cz,

• purchases the additional service "Lucky Ticket" as part of this order.

They are excluded from the competition:

• persons in an employment or similar relationship with the Promoter,

• persons close to them within the meaning of Article 22 of the Civil Code.

5. Conditions of participation in the competition

As a condition of participation in the competition:

• creation and payment of the order on the website www.adrop.cz,

• purchase of the additional service "Lucky Ticket" for 29 CZK,

• meeting the above conditions during the contest period.

The additional service "Lucky Ticket" represents payment of the costs associated with the organization of the contest, its administration, registration of participants and the conduct of the draw.

By purchasing the additional service "Lucky Ticket", the participant is automatically entered into the draw and no further registration is required.

Each order with a purchased "Lucky Ticket" constitutes one separate entry into the competition.

6. Winning

One prize is always entered into the competition, which is the experience specified directly at the "Lucky Ticket" add-on service in the shopping cart in a given month.

The type of experience changes every calendar month.

The value of the prize does not exceed CZK 10,000.

The prize will be awarded to the winner in the form of an electronic voucher (e-voucher) for the specific competition experience.

The prize is not legally enforceable alternatively in cash or any other non-monetary form.

7. Drawing of the winner

The draw will take place as follows:

• After the end of the competition period, a numbered list of orders that have met the competition conditions will be generated.

• One number corresponding to the order in the list will be selected using a random number generator.

• The order with this number becomes the winning order.

The draw process will be recorded via screen recording.

The recording of the draw is not public. The Promoter will make it available for inspection at the request of a participant in a manner that does not violate the protection of the personal data of other participants.

8. Notification of the winner and claiming the prize

The winner will be notified of the prize via the email address provided in the order no later than 14 days from the date of the draw.

If the winner does not acknowledge receipt of the prize or does not respond to the notification within 30 days of the notification being sent, the prize will be forfeited without compensation. The Promoter is not obliged to draw a substitute.

9. Privacy Policy

The Promoter processes the personal data of the entrants in accordance with applicable law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

The personal data of the participants of the competition are processed on the basis of the performance of the contract concluded within the framework of the order on the website www.adrop.cz, without the need to grant special consent.

These data are used solely for the purposes of running the competition as part of the order, in particular for entering the competition, determining the winner, contacting him/her and handing over the prize.

Detailed information on the processing of personal data is provided in the privacy policy available on the website www.adrop.cz.

10. Final provisions

The Promoter reserves the right to:

• shorten, extend, suspend or cancel the competition at any time,

• amend these rules, with changes being published in the same way as the original rules.

By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to these rules and undertakes to abide by them.

These rules are valid and effective as of February 1, 2026.
