Data protection in a nutshell
Your personal data (first name, last name, email address) will be used by our company Adrop s.r.o, with registered office at Vinohradská 2165/48, 120 00 Prague 2, ID: 27312925, (the controller) for a period of 3 years from the last purchase or consent for the purpose of sending and displaying information of interest to you and offering products from our offer that will be relevant to you on the basis of your consent or in connection with the sale of services or goods already made.
You can request your data at any time, ask for correction, transfer, complete deletion or object to this. Do not be afraid to contact us or the Data Protection Authority directly with any problem.
Information on data protection
ADROP Ltd, ID:27312925, with registered office at Vinohradská 2165/48, 120 00 Prague 2, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 152307, represented by: Rostislav Peníška (the "Controller") in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data ("Regulation" or "GDPR") hereby informs you that for the performance of a contract, for the implementation of a pre-contractual measure, for the fulfilment of a legal obligation or for a legitimate reason the Controller ("Legal Reason for Processing") will process your personal data (hereinafter referred to as "PII") in the following scope: name, surname, date of birth, place of residence, e-mail address, telephone. Personal data are categories of address and identification.
In connection with the sale of a service or if you consent to receive commercial communications, the Controller will further process the Personal Data for the purpose of sending commercial communications, newsletters, advertising campaigns, informing about the services of the Controller and its suppliers.
Purpose:
The Controller informs you that the PII will be processed for the purpose of: processing a quotation, concluding a contract, making a booking, informing the service provider of your engagement to perform a service or to deal with a complaint and for purposes related to the performance of a contract ("Purpose"), based on a Legal Processing Reason.
The Controller informs you that the following categories of recipients are among the other recipients of your PII: the Controller's accounting advisor, the Controller's tax advisor, the Controller's service provider, the Controller's IT specialist and other processors of PII with whom the Controller has a contract for processing PII ("Processor") and the carrier or postal licensee. The Controller informs you that it will process the OU for the duration of the contract and for a further 3 years after the end of the contract.
Your rights:
The Controller informs you that you have the right to:
- (i) request access to the PI from the Controller,
-(ii) rectify the Personal Data,
-(iii) deletion of the PI,
-(iv) restrict the processing of the Personal Data,
-(v) object to the processing of Personal Data,
-(vi) to the portability of the PII (i.e., to obtain the PII from the Controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and transmit it to another controller).

The Controller further informs you that
-(i) you may withdraw your consent if you provide OU with consent,
-(ii) lodge a complaint against the processing with the Office for Personal Data Protection, at Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, official www: https://www.uoou.cz,
-(iii) that the provision of OU is not an obligation
-(iv) that there is no automated decision-making or profiling.
The Controller informs you that you have the right to obtain confirmation from the Controller as to whether or not PII is processed or copies of the PII processed. Requests, objections, exercise of your rights can be sent to the Administrator's registered office or by e-mail: gdpr@adrop.cz.
Conditions for erasure:
The Controller details that you have the right to erasure of Personal Data if
- (i) the Personal Data is no longer needed for the Purpose,
-(ii) you withdraw consent and there is no further legal basis for the processing,
-(iii) you object to the processing of Personal Data processed on the basis of a legitimate interest of the Controller or object to automated individual decision-making or profiling,
-(iv) the processing of the Personal Data has been unlawful,
-(v) the Personal Data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation,
-(vi) the Personal Data has been collected in connection with commercial communications.
If you don't like something
The Controller expressly points out that you have the right to object at any time to
- (i) the processing of PI relating to you which has been obtained for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or on the basis of a legitimate interest of the Controller, including profiling based on those grounds; or
-(ii) the processing of Personal Data for direct marketing. The Controller points out that you have the right not to be subject to any decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which has legal effects for you or significantly affects you, unless it is necessary for entering into or performance of a contract or is based on your explicit consent.
