The Church of St. Wenceslas and St. Blaise dates back to 1310 and was rebuilt in the 19th century from the original Gothic style into the Classical style. The famous Shepherd's Wall, with its restaurant and zoo, also towers over Děčín. It offers a beautiful view of the city and its surroundings.

Near Děčín is Hřensko, where our largest river Elbe leaves the territory of Bohemia and is therefore the lowest point in our country. It is the gateway to the NP Bohemian Switzerland and to the Protected Landscape Area Labské sandstones. The dominant feature of the NP Bohemian Switzerland is without a doubt the Pravčická Gate. It is the largest rock gate in Europe.
