The ordering party may withdraw from the contract in the event of a breach of the obligations of Adrop s.r.o. or according to the contract, within 30 days, if the contractual relationship has not been fulfilled. In this case, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without having to state the reason. In other cases the voucher cannot be returned, it can only be exchanged for another voucher. According to the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer can contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority in person or by mail to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Úmiddleí Inspectorát - Department of ADR &Scaronátepánská 15, 120 00 Prague 2 for úheaded out-of-court´solutionšení of disputes from consumerýcontracts.
