Rules of the Facebook competition

1. The Competition is organized by Adrop, s.r.o., with registered office at Vinohradská 2165/48, 12000 Prague 2, ID No.: 27312925, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, file No.: C 152307 (hereinafter referred to as "Adrop" or "Organizer"). Participation in the Contest is free of charge and is not conditional on the purchase of goods or services of Adrop.

2. The competition is for 3 universal vouchers. The winner will receive a voucher worth 10 thousand CZK for experiences at Adrop.cz. The runner-up will receive a voucher worth 4 thousand CZK for experiences at Adrop.cz. The third will get a voucher worth 1000 CZK for experiences on Adrop.cz. The competition will be published on the Facebook page of Adrop, s.r.o.

3. To participate in the competition, the applicant must be an active Facebook user and therefore have a Facebook profile. Anyone who answers the contest question "How many experiences are there on www.adrop.cz?" The number of experiences is then determined by combining the individual experiences with their locations and variations. The result of experiences is calculated as of December 3, 2016.

4. The contest is based on a response to a specific post, i.e., a user becomes a contestant by making a comment on a specific post.

5. To win one of the three prizes, the contestant must be as close as possible to the correct answer.

6. The winner of a given experience must meet all of the criteria listed above and will be selected based on the accuracy of the ticket. The winning entry will be evaluated by an internal committee of Adrop s.r.o.

7. The winner will be notified of the prize in a private message on their Facebook profile and once their contact details are obtained, the prize will be sent to their specific address.

8. If the Organiser has reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, dishonest or unfair conduct by the entrant or any other person who has helped or may have helped the entrant to win, or if such conduct occurs, the entrant will be disqualified from the Competition; the same applies in the case of any other conduct by the entrant or any other person who has helped or may have helped the entrant to win, which is otherwise in breach of the Competition Rules or Conditions. Participation in the competition may not be enforced by legal action.

9. Any prize won by a participant that cannot be delivered for reasons not attributable to the Organiser shall be forfeited to the Organiser. The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, destruction or non-delivery of the prize notification or for any loss, damage, destruction or non-delivery of the prize itself due to reasons attributable to the entrant or the electronic communications service provider, postal service provider or other delivery service provider.

10. No legal claim to the prize is made and it cannot be exchanged for cash or claimed in lieu thereof.

11. The Organiser reserves the right to change the rules and/or conditions of the competition at any time, including changing the duration of the competition, or to terminate the competition at any time without compensation, effective from the date of publication on the website www.adrop.cz.
