Voucher exchange option
How does it work?

Log in to your account. If you don't already have one, you will need to create an account.

You enter the original voucher code. We will convert its value into credits.

Choose any other experience.

In the third step of the order , you will select the payment option "I want to redeem credits".
If you did not purchase the option to exchange your current voucher for another experience, a fee of CZK 199 will be deducted when making the exchange. This is an administration fee associated with the exchange.
