Manual Beer Cooler: 15 Bottles

How else to improve your garden patio or barbecue? With a nice cold beer, of course. But who wants to run all the way to the fridge, right? Surprise your  gourmet and give them a hidden 15-bottle underground beer cooler to place right in the garden. It's hidden underground, so it's completely inconspicuous. It will protect your beer from the weather and pesky insects. The beer comes out chilled to 8 to 10 °C.

Just the perfect temperature. And all without electricity. Of course, the cooler can also cool other beverages, and plastic bottles can be placed in it too without any problem.

The underground cooler has a manual elevation. You can either choose a classic one, or one with a grass lid, which makes it perfectly unobtrusive.

Installation:

Simply find a spot in the shade and dig a hole 20 cm wide and 95 cm deep. A plastic watertight pipe is inserted into the hole. To make the pipe fit well, it needs to be covered with soil, after which the soil needs to be watered. Now all you have to do is fill it up and the underground cooler is ready for use!

When digging, make sure there are no cables running underground.
