Voucher Validity

The standard validity period of the experience voucher is 12 months (unless otherwise stated in the promotional offer). Should the recipient not be able to redeem the experience within this period, the voucher can be extended on the last day of validity at the latest. The voucher can be extended by:

6 months for a fee of 690 CZK

12 months for a fee of 990 CZK

If the gift recipient has received an unsuitable experience, they can exchange the voucher for any other from our range of over 500 awesome experience gifts. However, the voucher cannot be cashed in. Please see our terms and conditions for more information .
