Freestyle skiing lessons take place in Most on Lake Matylda, where a ski jump built just for freestyle skiing lessons has been standing since 2020. There is also a trampoline and a grassy area where you can stretch first.

Once you arrive, you discuss your options with the instructor, get moving and head to the trampoline to learn the elements of freestyle skiing. It doesn't matter if you're a complete beginner, or if you've already done some of the fooling around. The instructor will adapt the course to your abilities.

After an hour on the trampoline comes the main part of the training - 3 hours on the ski jump. As soon as you change into clothes that you can get wet, you'll first learn how to go straight down the hill, master the radius passage and then start jumping. You will first jump straight, then you will practice the crouch jump and the correct landing. Once you've got that down, then the freestyle elements come in, from the straddle to the spin to the flip.

The price of a freestyle ski lesson includes:
