Experience the power and healing effect of gong meditation during an individual session with experienced lecturer Tomas Reinberger. This experience will gradually bring you into a state of deep calm and relaxation that works on the body and mind.
Meditation begins by lying down or sitting comfortably. Tomas surrounds you with the tones and vibrations of the gong - using different intensities of sound to sound the gong in the stand and around your body. The vibrations penetrate every cell and you will feel their pleasant, harmonizing effect. Each tone has a different effect, creating space for deep relaxation and a healing connection to the present moment.
Once you've relaxed, a shorter meditation together awaits you to go home with a cleansed head and recharged energy.
