The Fear of Water Unblocking Therapy lasts 85 minutes and takes place in two phases:

The first, called the dry part, lasts approximately 15 minutes and takes the form of a conversation. Here you can open up and get out your feelings that are bothering you while in the water.

The second, wet part, lasts approximately 70 minutes and takes place in the warm pool water. In this phase, the actual unblocking of the fear takes place, including a final check that everything has been successful.
The unblocking of fear of water takes place in a Liberec swimming pool or water park under the guidance of an experienced instructor.
