A sound bath with Tibetan bowls, singing and an interactive workshop awaits you in the nature of the Highlands in the cottage Na dobém konci, where in addition to the harmonization center there is also a permaculture garden and complete tranquility inviting you to relax.
What is good to know about the workshop?
- It starts at 9:00 am and is scheduled to end at 4:00 pm. During these 7 hours you will thoroughly enjoy the relaxing sounds of Tibetan bowls, voice relaxation, chanting and other music and relaxation techniques.
- Harmony includes, of course, taking care of the body, so a delicious vegetarian lunch awaits you.
- Bring comfortable clothes, a water bottle, a notebook to record your impressions and your own Tibetan bowl if necessary.
- Sound baths are conducted in small groups of no more than 7 participants.
