Program

The Argentinian sirloin steak preparation course is suitable for every proper meat eater. The best chefs will reveal all the tips and tricks on how to prepare this type of meat. However, it doesn't just stop with the meat, but also gets into the preparation of side dishes, sauces and the sweet spot. This gourmet experience will make everyone the ultimate meat pro!

What menu will be prepared?

- Tip Carpaccio with rocket pesto, olive oil and parmesan shavings

- Center steak with red wine sauce, sweet potato puree, pea shoots

- Stroganoff

- Ice cream with salted caramel and grilled cheese

What should every participant know before the course

Dobrý den, menu pro I love Burgers! je shodné se Steaky II. Entrecote. Můžete mi sdělit, jaké menu se bude u burgerů připravovat, v jakém termínu se kurz přípravy burgerů bude konat a v jakém podniku se tato akce bude konat? Ideální by byl listopad, prosinec nebo někdy v Novém roce. Děkuji.
