Tandem skydiving in Austria: Zell am See Zell Am See

„My experience from the jump is definitely positive. I'm sure there are a few things that could be improved, but that's always possible. The most positive thing is the approach of the tandem pilot Roman, who managed to create a great atmosphere, explained everything well and it was obvious that he is really professional. The only thing I would evaluate negatively is that the jump was only in November and I didn't notice anywhere that the jump was in autumn. Other than that, definitely no reservations and a great experience, thank you“

„The jump was absolutely excellent the gentleman with whom I jumped was very nice but as for communication with you it was a complete horror...first I had to wait until November with the fact that nowhere you wrote that it is a winter jump well I understand after x emails and phone calls no one was able to tell me when I will actually jump...in September I get an email saying that there are already dates but when I make my reservation I get a call from an absolutely arrogant lady who tells me that my reservation has to be cancelled because of the traffic situation or something in Austria...okay I understand but the lady was arrogant that I haven't experienced this for a long time instead of being humble and realizing that I have an experience for x and that I've been waiting for a year. I was offered an appointment for the end of November when I am on vacation and when I said I couldn't she said hmmm...that's stupid no...anyway I rearranged everything I could to take the appointment you offered me....so overall I would definitely recommend this experience but I would recommend strong nerves for communication with dispatching. Otherwise, as I write the team in Austria was absolutely great so I give 5 stars but certainly not for the people from the call center but only for the team in Austria and the work they did“
