Hello, I would like to exchange a voucher worth 6000 CZK for a universal voucher for accommodation in the Czech Republic, specifically in Karlovy Vary. There are given conditions for 2 adults. We have children 3 and 5 years old, would it be possible to take them with us or how much would be the extra cost? Should I solve this situation with you or with the hotel itself?
