For PPL and Zásilkovna delivery, we guarantee delivery by the second working day if the order is placed by 12:00 pm at PPL and by 10:30 am at Zásilkovna.

If you need a dárek immediately and only need a certificate, the Epoukaz is the ideal option for Vás. You will save money and time. After the order is sent to Vám, a certificate with congratulations and the name of the recipient will be sent in the confirmation email. You only need to print this certificate and give it to the recipient. When paying by card and online transfer Vám Epoukaz will be sent immediately in a confirmation email, when paying by transfer Vám the certificate will be sent after crediting theánístch to the náš úchet during working hours.

• Standard - the voucher will be delivered that day within 180 minutes of the order if you place the order before 5:00 pm.In case you choose a different time or day for delivery, the voucher will be delivered according to your choice. 

• Classic& - the voucher will be delivered thatý& day by 5:00 pm if you place your order by 1:00 pm. If you select a differentý& day for delivery, the voucher will be delivered according to yourý& choice. 

• Personalí collection at the branch in Prague - pick up the voucher at the Messenger branch: Libínská 3127/1, 150 00 Prague 5 on working days from Monday to Friday(8:00 - 18:00).
