Bought a voucher on our website or received one as a gift? On this page, you will find the most important information you should or might need to know before redeeming it.

    How do you exchange your voucher for another experience? You can read a detailed guide on how to do it  right here.

    In a nutshell:

    Choose your experience and click the "Add to Cart" button.

    Once you're in the cart, check the "I have a discount coupon" box, type in the code of the voucher you already have, and finish the order like usual.

     Redeeming a gift voucher

    You can read a detailed guide on how to redeem a voucher  right here.

    Choose your experience and click the "Add to Cart" button.

    Once you're in the cart, check the "I have a discount coupon" box, type in the code of the universal voucher, and finish the order like usual.

    Voucher extension

    If you have a voucher but no time to redeem it before it expires, you can extend it.

    How do you do that?

    - Type the code of your voucher in the "Voucher code" box.

    - Next, choose how many months you want to extend the voucher by. Please note that the extension will be made from the expiry date, not the current day.

    - We will send an invoice to your email address containing the additional voucher extension costs. Once the payment is made, the extended voucher will be sent to you, and if you choose to pay by card, the voucher will be in your inbox within five minutes.

    The voucher can be extended by:

    6 months for a fee of 690 CZK

    12 months for a fee of 990 CZK

     Creating a reservation

    You can book the date of the experience via the link in the red box above the map - or click here.

    The date of the experience can be changed/cancelled at least 3 working days in advance with the person who confirmed your booking (please note: different cancellation conditions apply for some experiences).
