Comfortable family stay in the Giant Mountains for 3 nights Vítkovice

„Overall, we were very happy with our stay, which fully met our expectations. The beautiful, peaceful surroundings were a real highlight, along with the thoughtfully designed facilities throughout the complex and convenient covered parking. We appreciated the self-service bar, sauna, games room, barbecue, swimming pool with a terrace and trampoline, as well as the available sports and games equipment. The opportunity to use fresh herbs was a lovely extra touch that gave the place real character. Our room was comfortable, and the accommodation as a whole felt practical and cosy. The staff also deserve great praise for their helpful approach and seamless communication – everything was easy to arrange. There were only a few minor things that could be improved in future. The motion-sensor lighting had quite a short timer and often switched off while making coffee, pouring beer or choosing items from the bar. The dishwasher was missing salt and rinse aid, and some pieces of crockery needed rinsing before use. The self-service bar would also benefit from slightly more frequent restocking of certain items, and there was no soap in the sauna on the second day. We were also disappointed that the record player was not working, although the selection of records was genuinely excellent. Overall, however, the positive impressions clearly outweigh everything else, and we would be happy to recommend this accommodation to others and return for another stay ourselves. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“
