This blacksmithing course takes place in Prague in a workshop called Hefaistos. There, a master blacksmith will take you under their wing and teach you work safety and technological procedures of blacksmithing. They will first demonstrate everything to you, and then you can try your hand at this craftsmanship.
And here's what you can craft. Depending on the option you choose, you can make a horseshoe, a heart-shaped object, a knife, a bottle opener, or an object of your choice (if this option is chosen, you will also get a plan of the object drawn by a professional designer that you can take home with you). The decision is all yours, as well as the decision whether you keep your product as a souvenir, or whether you give it to your loved one as an original gift.
All materials and protective equipment are included in the price of this experience. However, we recommend you bring your own work clothes that you don't mind if they get a little bit dirty during this honest work. Also make sure to bring some sturdy shoes.
