Apitherapy: Bee Therapy | Sauna, Massage, and Relax on Hives

Two-hour relaxation in Apidomek in Úštěk is waiting for you! And how does it all work?

Upon arrival, the participant first has a 25-minute stay in the apisauna, which combines the healing effects of the infrared sauna with bee products. Such an apisauna will properly blood the body and kick-start the immune system. After warming up and relaxing, other treatments follow.

Next up is a 25-minute relaxing apimassage. There is a choice of 3 types of back massage - Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, lava stone massage or honey massage:

• Lomi Lomi originated in Hawaii and the masseuse uses her forearms to relax the muscles. It can perfectly relax the body and induce deep relaxation. It relieves stress and harmonizes the mental and physical planes of the body.

• Hotstone massagestimulates the lymphatic system and blood circulation. Using heated stones relaxes the muscles and mind and helps regenerate the whole body.

• The apitherapeutic honey massage relieves stress, muscle tension, gets the lymph flowing and rids the skin of germs. The skin will be cleansed, blooded and ready for self-healing processes.

The last treatment is a 60-minute relaxation in the biofield, i.e. lying on the hives, which can relieve stress and allow the body to start self-healing processes.

Throughout the experience, sheep water is available for refreshment.
