Program
Once you've met everyone, you'll see how cheese is made and try your hand at knitting your first buckets. Then it's on to the wine and cheese tasting, where you'll sample the best of local produce.
Dates are by appointment - the experience normally runs weekdays Monday to Friday.
The price of the wine and cheese experience for two includes:
- welcome drink in the form of a Frizzante,
- a tour of the cheesemaking facility, where you'll get a sneak peek at artisan cheese making,
- making your own cheese buckets,
- tasting 6 samples of wines from the Vican winery (approx. 1 dcl/person),
- cheese and spice board from Farma Pálava,
- refreshment in the form of a tasting set of 4 wines (4×0.75 l) and 4 cheeses (4×100 g).
