„Communication with the company providing the experience was problematic. Booking the experience by phone was not possible, I only had to make a reservation through the online form several times. I had to verify the booking confirmation by phone, as no confirmation was received from the company, the time of the experience I booked was changed by the company. At the time given by the company, we arrived on time but due to poor organization at the venue we had to wait for more than an hour for the car. The car we were given for the hour, although we had a voucher from the Christmas event for an hour fifteen, was in a very poor condition and the speed limiter was reduced. In order not to lose the fifteen minutes of the Christmas event, we were given another car. My overall impression of this event is that I do not want another experience from this company. Not only was I disappointed, but so was the donor, as I received the experience as a gift for my life anniversary. Fool“

„Reserving the date was not entirely without problems. After asking when the dates would be available I had to wait for an email, but it never came. So I had to remind myself and by then the dates were already posted online and could be booked. This created the risk of missing a date before the voucher expired. The choice of location and car wasn't entirely obvious from the click form so I wasn't sure if everything was right. On the day of the rental everything was ok and the handover was at the agreed time. The ride was interesting, but the car was probably somehow limited in power so as not to tear up the asphalt. I understand that safety is paramount, but with a car like this, one would want to try to accelerate properly within reason. I've yet to see any information on the complicity in the accident. I was selecting an offer so that the driver would not have a deductible, which is why I chose this one despite the higher price versus other offers. When we handed over the car anyway we were informed of a 10% deductible which is not an insignificant amount. There is no mention of the deductible in the contract. Ondřej P.“

Hello, a friend took a one hour drive in a Dodge Challenger today. We were surprised that the instructor handed over the car and did not drive it, yet the description said the instructor would be with him the entire ride. After asking if the instructor would ride with him, he was told that the instructor rides for an additional fee. We expected the instructor to be with the driver the whole ride and to give advice on which direction to go in order to make the ride as enjoyable as possible. I was wondering if the instructor is really an extra charge or if only a particular gentleman has it that way. Thank you for your reply.
