„Good day, we arrived at the Hummer fortress at 15.20, nobody there. At 3.30pm I called the phone number listed as the contact on the day. The lady replied that we were to wait by a 6 wheeler (Bureko) that was parked on the pavement a short distance from the fort, that a colleague who was currently at the polygon would be coming. The meeting was to be at 15.45. When no one came even at 16, we called again to the number on the voucher, but no one answered the phone there. So we desperately went around the building, we were upstairs right by the excavator, we called the Adrop number, I wrote on messenger. All without response. Then at about 16.10 my husband went to check the door of the restaurant, which was not open, but a gentleman came out after a while, somewhat upset that he was waiting for us. He didn't look like he had just returned from Polygon, he didn't walk past us. So the event went ahead, but with a lot of stress about whether we would even collect the voucher, we drove 70 km and it looked like it was for nothing and we would be going home. I would recommend greatly improved communication, when you have a contact phone listed, someone should be on it as support in case of client problems. I understand that you don't work on Sundays, but at the same time you offer experiences on Sundays, so there should be someone to tell you exactly where the meet up is. We waited outside and Mr. Digger waited inside in a closed restaurant. So why don't you put a cell phone number on the voucher for the gentleman who goes with the client to the excavator and guides them through the experience? For 1,880 CZK I would imagine a pro-client approach and a higher level of organisation. This saves the clients stress and the staff time (the gentleman made up for lost time and we thank him for that). Have a nice day. Petra Nedvedova“
