- Can I exchange a voucher I have already purchased for another?
Anything goes if you want it to. How to do it? Choose an experience and click the "Add to Cart" button. Check the "I have a discount voucher" box in the shopping cart, add your current voucher code and complete your order in the standard way. If you choose a more expensive experience, you will pay the difference. If you choose a cheaper experience, you can use the price difference during the validity period of the original experience to purchase another experience. You can read a detailed description with graphic instructions here. The validity does not extend with the exchange of the voucher, it is the same as the original one.

- Can I return the gift?
If necessary, then yes. The buyer of the gift may withdraw from the contract if Adrop s.r.o. fails to fulfil any of its obligations, or, in accordance with the Civil Code – Consumer Contracts – Article I, Title Five, Section 53, Subsection 7, within 30 days if the contractual relationship has not already come into effect. In this case, the recipient has the right to withdraw from the contract without having to give a reason.
It is also possible to exchange the voucher for any other experience offered.

The exact place of the experience is part of the gift package. Unfortunately, we don't have a contract for a different location than the one mentioned in the offer, so it is not possible for the time being.

- By when can I cancel my reservarion?
A reservation can be cancelled no later than 3 working days (until 16:00 / 4 p.m.) before the agreed date of the experience, and a new date can be scheduled within the validity period of the certificate. A reservation can also be cancelled 2 working days or 1 working day (until 16:00 / 4 p.m.) before the agreed date, however there is a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the purchase price of the experience. The customer has the option to schedule a new date within the validity period of the certificate or to withdraw from the agreement. If the customer wishes to withdraw from the agreement, 50% of the purchase price of the experience will be returned to the purchaser of the experience. So give a universal certificate for an aaaawesome experience. It is valid for 1 year and the giftee gets to choose which experience they would like to try. If they choose a cheaper experience than the value of the voucher, they can buy more of them. If they choose a more expensive one, they pay the difference. The certificate has to be exchanged for a specific experience, which will then have the same validity.

It's super easy. You have 12 months for the experience and you can select the date to your own liking. All you need to do is fill in the necessary details (especially the code of the voucher) in the online reservation form.

Of course, what would a gift be without a greeting card! So if you would like to have your own text on the certificate (greeting, motto, anything), just let us know in the appropriate field in the order form and we will add everything on the certificate (but no more than 150 characters).

- What does the gift pack look like? What's inside?
It's totally awesome.
The gift pack contains:
- a certificate with the name of the recipient
- a personal note and the name of the experience
- information about the gift and a map of the experience site
- a gift certificate with necessary information (name of the recipient, name of the gift, and the code)
The recipient will show the experience provider the certificate. The provider will check whether everything is okay, and the recipient can enjoy the experience to the max. Here is a preview of the gift pack.
