- Can I exchange a voucher I have already purchased for another?
Anything goes if you want it to. How to do it? Choose an experience and click the "Add to Cart" button. Check the "I have a discount voucher" box in the shopping cart, add your current voucher code and complete your order in the standard way. If you choose a more expensive experience, you will pay the difference. If you choose a cheaper experience, you can use the price difference during the validity period of the original experience to purchase another experience. You can read a detailed description with graphic instructions here. The validity does not extend with the exchange of the voucher, it is the same as the original one.

- Can I return the gift?
If necessary, then yes. The buyer of the gift may withdraw from the contract if Adrop s.r.o. fails to fulfil any of its obligations, or, in accordance with the Civil Code – Consumer Contracts – Article I, Title Five, Section 53, Subsection 7, within 30 days if the contractual relationship has not already come into effect. In this case, the recipient has the right to withdraw from the contract without having to give a reason.
It is also possible to exchange the voucher for any other experience offered.

- What does the gift pack look like? What's inside?
It's totally awesome.
The gift pack contains:
- a certificate with the name of the recipient
- a personal note and the name of the experience
- information about the gift and a map of the experience site
- a gift certificate with necessary information (name of the recipient, name of the gift, and the code)
The recipient will show the experience provider the certificate. The provider will check whether everything is okay, and the recipient can enjoy the experience to the max. Here is a preview of the gift pack.

- Can I add my own text to the certificate (e.g. my own greeting card wish?)
Of course, what would a gift be without a greeting card! So if you would like to have your own text on the certificate (greeting, motto, anything), just let us know in the appropriate field in the order form and we will add everything on the certificate (but no more than 150 characters).

The exact place of the experience is part of the gift package. Unfortunately, we don't have a contract for a different location than the one mentioned in the offer, so it is not possible for the time being.
