Yes, dioptric glasses are not a problem at all.

• Can I reserve the VR for a weekend?

Yes, but only if you purchase a voucher that rents it for a minimum of two days. In this case, we will deliver the VR on Friday and pick it up on Monday.

• What is the process of the delivery and the pickup of the VR like?

The VR will be delivered by a courier the day before the rental date, and it will be picked up again the day after the rental date. Delivery is included in the price of the experience.

• Can we accompany the fisher and take part in the experience with them?

Only the person who owns the gift voucher can fish. However, you can accompany them and take photos or videos.

• Can we sleep in a tent while we're there?

Yes, you can set up a tent by the pond and sleep in it for a fee of 400 CZK per 1 night. You can also purchase the option that includes accommodation for 1,513 CZK per 1 person per 1 night.

• What are "escape games" all about? Is it like Fort Boyard?

Our escape games are a little bit different from those in Fort Boyard. The participants' goal is to work together to get out of a given room, or to uncover some secret that the room holds. You don't have to be afraid of any creatures, nor do you use physical force—it's all about using your logical thinking.

• Will we get to try out glass blowing at the glassmaking course?

Only participants who purchased the option including glass blowing for the whole family will get to try out this technique. Other participant will try out techniques such as glass engraving and glass sandblasting.

• Are there any restrictions on riding in a minitank, and how many people can ride at the same time?

There are 2 minitanks available, so 2 people can ride at the same time. The ride is suitable for people up to 200 cm tall. If you would like to purchase a ride for a child, this is also possible. Ideally, he/she should be at least 130 cm tall to see out of the tank. If the child is smaller, it is possible to arrange for them to sit on your lap.

• Do I have to buy a voucher for each participant?

If the escape game states that it is for 3–6 persons and the price is, e.g., 1,599 CZK, then you buy the experience for the whole group. In that case, you just need to buy one voucher and a group of up to 6 persons can participate in the game.
