What is the difference between a classic Thai massage and a Thai aromatherapy massage?

During a classic Thai massage, the masseuse applies pressure on acupressure points, muscles and tendons, and stretches the limbs and the spine in a non-harmful way. The masseuse works with her palms and fingers, but also with her forearms. A Thai aromatherapy massage is specific thanks to the gentler pressure that is applied to the acupressure points in combination with special essential oils with beneficial effects on the skin that are being used.

I would like to get cryotherapy for my wife who suffers from frequent headaches. Is this method also effective for headaches?

The use of the healing effects of cryotherapy is very wide. Among other things, however, it is also used for headaches – migraines.

Do I need a doctor's referral to visit a cryo–chamber?

Doctor's referral is not necessary; virtually every person who does not suffer from any serious acute or chronic disease familiar with the method can participate. Of course, if you have any doubts about your health, consult your doctor.

What exactly is meant by "high" and "low" season?

The high season is from 15/05 to 15/09 + the weekend before Easter and the Christmas period (26/12–31/12); the low season is from 16/09 to 15/05 (except the weekend before Easter and 26/12–31/12).
