1. Who we are and what we offer

1.2 We offer specialised services in the tourism, cultural and social events, gastronomy and leisure sectors, which we call Experiences.
1.3. Experiences are not tours or associated travel services within the meaning of Act No. 159/1999 Coll., on Certain Conditions of Business and on the Performance of Certain Activities in the Field of Tourism.
2. Ordering the Experience
2.1 Experiences are either tailor-made to your requirements or dates are listed on the www.dum550.cz website where you will find the entry requirements and suitability of a particular Experience with regard to age, physical and mental disposition and dietary habits.
2.2 The natural or legal person who purchases the Experience becomes the Customer.
2.3 The individual who is to complete the Experience becomes our customer.
2.4 If you book an Experience for multiple people, we will need to know the personal details of all customers to ensure the most personal approach and to resolve any issues.
2.5 You can book the Experience if you are at least 18 years old. Younger people may take it accompanied by an adult, depending on the suitability of the particular Experience.
2.6 Suitability for pets will be discussed with you individually.
2.7 If you are interested in a Bespoke Experience option or like the Experience with a listed date, please contact us by phone or email as listed on the website.
2.8. Based on your contact, we will call or write, put together all the requirements, personal information that will be needed to personalize the Experience and agree on the method and date of payment. A summary or Final Offer will be emailed to you as a basis for payment.
2.9 The Contract between us and you consists of the Final Offer and these Terms and Conditions and is formed by payment of the price of the Experience. It is only at this point that the Contract becomes mutually binding. The concluded contract can only be changed with the consent of both parties, captured in particular in an email. In the event of a difference between the information provided in the Final Offer and the Terms and Conditions, the Final Offer shall prevail.
2.10 Payment shall be deemed to have been made on the date on which payment is made by credit card or, in the case of a bank transfer, on the date on which payment is credited to our account. If you do not pay within the above time limit, we assume that you are no longer interested in the Experience and we may offer the vacancy to another interested party, unless we mutually agree otherwise.
3. Cancellation of Experience
3.1 Cancellation of the Experience by us may occur due to extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or other compelling reasons on our part. If this occurs, we will promptly refund all payments made to you, no later than 14 days after cancellation.
3.2 Exceptionally, the Experience may also only be available with changes, of which we will inform you immediately.
3.3 We reserve the right to make minor changes that do not affect the quality of the Experience and you will be notified promptly. They are not grounds for your withdrawal from the Contract. If You insist on cancellation in such a case, the provisions of clause 3.6 on cancellation and the cancellation fee We would require will apply to that situation.
3.4 In the event of significant changes (e.g. a change in the implementation date), we will try to find a mutually acceptable solution. If we do not find another solution you are of course entitled to express your disagreement and withdraw from the contract within 5 calendar days. In the event of your withdrawal, we will refund all payments made by you without delay, within 14 days of withdrawal at the latest.
3.5 We always try to keep our commitments and find the least complicated solution for you in unexpected situations. Changes and cancellations on our part can only occur in truly exceptional circumstances. If such an emergency situation arises, we are under no obligation to pay compensation.
3.6 Should you experience any changes that make it impossible for you to complete the Experience you have already paid for, you may cancel the Contract, however we will need to cover the costs incurred by you in relation to cancellation, known as the cancellation fee, which will be calculated as follows:

60 days or more prior to the Experience date/10% off
59th-30th days prior to the Experience date/40% off
29th - 11th days prior to the Experience date/80% off
10 days or less before the Experience date/100% off
If you fail to arrive on time at the agreed upon start location for the Experience, we are entitled to 100% of the price.
3.7 Changes to Participants may be made at any time prior to the commencement of the Experience, however, certain aspects that have been tailored for a particular person will not be able to be changed unless such change is made well in advance. The timeframe in which personalization can be changed to a new participant varies depending on the type of Experience.
4. Experience progress
4.1. In this language you will be provided with the Experience programme, instructions and contractual documents (Final Offer and Terms and Conditions).
4.2. All Customers shall
comply with the laws of the Czech Republic;
follow the instructions of the authorized person;
tell us any information relevant to assessing the suitability of the customer's participation in a particular Experience, in particular any medical restrictions;
act in a way that does not harm or adversely affect nature or the surrounding environment;
not to separate from the group unless they have informed our designated person;
prevent all damage to property and health;
