The TCM questionnaire + follow-up evaluation is online.
After your online nutrition counselling appointment, you will receive a detailed questionnaire with a total of 317 questions so that the assessment can be as accurate as possible and minimise the risk of missing important information that often occurs in a normal session.
After completing the questionnaire, you will receive an evaluation divided into 4 parts:
- Description of your condition as seen by Traditional Chinese Medicine.
- Recommended herbal preparations, i.e. traditional Chinese mixtures adapted for today to make dosing easy. They are not included in the voucher price, but you will find a link to the seller for each blend.
- List of appropriate foods divided by category (vegetables, fruits, grains, meats, etc.).
- List of unsuitable foods that you should avoid to prevent your condition from worsening.
Because the counselling is online, you can start working on yourself right away, wherever you are.
