„Hello, thank you for a very pleasant game in the historical centre of Litomyšl! We all enjoyed it and the places you chose for it are truly magical. I do have one reservation/suggestion for improvement for next time: You should save the numbers and letters that we were supposed to collect by solving the puzzles automatically in the APP as soon as they are revealed. We didn't read any rules beforehand (if there are any), so we don't know if it says somewhere that we should take a pencil and paper with us. But one would expect that once it's an app, it would handle such a little thing. So, in the end, we hadn't pieced the riddle together by heart and didn't know whether we should still be looking for some last place to hide the hypothetical writing, or even find something "for a reward". I would have another reservation about your telephonic support. I called it before the game started because I accidentally almost started the app days before the game date, only subsequently reading that there was a deadline no earlier than 12 hours before the game. Mrs Martina was on the phone, VERY helpful and accommodating, and her information put me at ease (I only got to the level of adding more players via QR code). She told me at the time that once we were on site and if something didn't work, to contact her again, she would be happy to help me again. However, on the day of the game, which was a Saturday, at about 9:55am, all I heard on that phone was a machine. I called there because the QR code wasn't working properly for any of the other players, after it loaded, there were only some links to ads. Luckily, adding teammates was eventually successful via that activation code. One more note: for the Provost's Monument, where you had to enter the year of the beginning of the building's construction into the app, we didn't find any indication anywhere in the location specified by the app (0 meters); maybe you should check to see if someone took it away. We had to use Google to help us there (although even that wasn't easy, the indication is not easy to find ;-) ). „The game was nicely set up, but it was very simple for those of us who have been through the Meitei Tramp. We were expecting more action or more complex ciphers, not just walking to a location and counting the pins or finding the year. As I write, the game was nicely done, nice and clear app to play, but for us the game is more for beginners and the target age of players is about 12 years old. Not to mention that maybe the picture folding was repetitive. Another distracting detail was that we were supposed to be running away from the Inquisition, but we were often spinning around the same objects and there was no smooth line of route forward. Thank you, however, for the experience and for bringing friends together for the first time in a long time“
