Radegast beer tapping school + tour of the Ostrava brewery

First, you will embark on a tour of the brewery, taking you through the operations where you'll literally peer over the shoulders of the brewers. You'll also visit the brewhouse of the head brewer, Jaromír Franzl, where brewery trout are diligently guarding the water quality.

The tour will then lead you to the lager cellars where young beer ferments and matures, and you'll see the bottling plant with a capacity of 55,000 bottles per hour. Naturally, you'll receive a wealth of information about the production of Czech beer and behind-the-scenes insights.

Once the tour is over, the beer-tapping school awaits. During this session, you'll learn the proper care of beer, discover various tapping techniques, and then take matters into your own hands. To better remember your newly acquired knowledge, practical beer tasting is, of course, part of the experience. And you won't go hungry either, as a small refreshment will be prepared to accompany your beer.
