And because food is the best way to understand a foreign culture, part of the experience includes a mini-course on making fresh Vietnamese summer rolls. The tour of Prague's Sapa Market takes place during opening hours and under the guidance of an experienced guide who will take you through the most interesting things this "little Hanoi" has to offer. You will get a glimpse into the life of the Vietnamese community in the Czech Republic, taste traditional tea and snacks, browse shops selling exotic ingredients and learn how to identify the right herbs, noodles and rice paper.

The highlight of the Sapa experience is a cooking courseVietnamese cuisine at the restaurant, where you'll wrap up your rolls under the supervision of a pro. You'll get a homemade iced tea of your choice and a sweet spot of Vietnamese dessert to refresh you. And you'll also get a small gift bag with a map of Sapa and ingredients for further roll experiments at home.
