Red light therapy and massage in Prague

Upon arrival at the salon, you’ll be treated to a comprehensive ritual based on your chosen option. Both begin with a 15-minute red light therapy session, followed by a full-body oil massage, and conclude with another 15-minute light therapy session. The Glow option includes an oil scrub with Himalayan salt and a facial massage, whilst the Recovery option adds a foot massage. To finish, you’ll enjoy a fresh fruit smoothie with collagen.

What is the difference between the Glow and Recovery rituals?
The Glow Ritual lasts 150 minutes and includes an oil scrub with Himalayan salt and a facial massage. The Recovery Ritual lasts 120 minutes and features a foot massage instead of the scrub and facial treatment.

Can I choose the massage oil?
Yes. Both rituals include a full-body oil massage using the oil of your choice.

Is red light therapy suitable for everyone?
If you are pregnant, have cancer or are taking medication that increases sensitivity to light, the provider recommends consulting your doctor in advance to check whether the therapy is suitable for you.

Can you choose which part of the body the red light will be applied to?
