Bohemian Switzerland on a Boat and Bike

The experience starts at Camp Děčín. There, participants will be issued a canoe or raft with the necessary equipment and a map with landing sites. They can choose from three destinations:

• Dolní Žleb—the northernmost village in the Czech Republic (10 km / 1.5 to 2 h by water + 1 h by bike)

• Schmilka—a picturesque village bordering with Hřensko (15 km / 2 to 3 h by water + 1.5 h by bike)

• Bad Schandau—a famous German spa town (22 km / 4 to 5 h by water + 2 h by bike)

During the cruise, there are plenty of opportunities to dock and have a swim in the Elbe or enjoy a regional beer. It pays to keep a close eye on your surroundings while relaxing. Protected falcons, beavers, and majestic black storks live there.

While you sail towards your destination, we'll set up the bikes so you can enjoy the return trip from a different perspective. You can get on a touring bike or a comfortable e-bike and race the wind back to Děčín along the Elbe cycle path.

The price includes:

• canoe or inflatable boat

• paddles, life jackets and boat bag

• touring bike / children's bike / child seat / e-bike (depending on the variant chosen)

• bottled water for refreshment

Parking at Camp Děčín is free of charge.

Depending on your chosen destination, expect the experience to last between 3 and 7 hours.

The trip is suitable for children over 10 years old that can ride a bike as well as smaller children in child seats.
