Your hands and feet will not be missed either, as they will be taken care of with a nourishing hydrating mask in the form of a wrap. What can you look forward to?

• Back warm-up.
• Hand Massage: Will you choose a 30-minute relaxing massage targeting back and neck problems, or will you have your hands and feet massaged? It's up to you.
• Peat wrap: Let the effects of the massage wear off in a peat wrap. This will warm up your muscles and joints and relieve tension and pain.
• CO2 dry carbon dioxide bath (depending on the option chosen). The procedure called the gas envelope will help with this. It can also oxygenate the body, speed up detoxification and boost metabolism.
• Ceragem V4 Master (depending on the variant you choose). It scans the back from the 1st cervical vertebrae to the pelvic area and, together with infrared rays, warms and relaxes the soft tissues, also stretching and flattening the intervertebral spaces, discs, ligaments and muscles of the entire back.
