Western Lassoing Course: Lasso, Bolas, and Trick Lasso

This western experience takes place in Třeboň, so if lassoing gets you a little sweaty, you can cool down with a swim in the pond. And what is it you can look forward to? You will try working with a lasso, which is used to catch cattle in a loop, and with a bolas, which can be used to pull an animal to the ground by its legs. And finally, you'll practice with the trick lasso, which is used to hone your skills and perform cool tricks. All this is accompanied by an interesting theory in which you will learn about the different styles of this sport, and how to know the right tool for different disciplines.

• Cattle Catching Lasso: Find out how to tie a lasso and how to expand it before throwing. Learn how to spin the lasso overhead and throw it at the target.

• Bolas: What is it, what is it made of and how to use it?

• Trick Lasso: Find out how cowboys passed the time and improved their lassoing skills, and learn the basic figures including how to link them together.
