Your day - an experiential photo shoot from a bachelor or bachelorette party

You can book an experience photoshoot for your celebration by email at fotkyodveroniky@gmail.com or by phone on 607 698 615.

Before the shoot, you’ll have a short introductory chat with the photographer to discuss your vision for the final images. A simple questionnaire will also help her understand what you expect from the shoot. Together, you’ll agree on the exact location and time, and receive recommendations on choosing outfits or small props. Before the photoshoot itself, you’ll also sign an agreement covering the use and possible publication of the photographs, so the terms are clear for everyone.

The package includes:

• 10 professionally edited photographs in an online gallery, 3 black-and-white photographs as a bonus, and 1 mobile snapshot sent to your phone.

What should you wear for a party photoshoot?

For a celebration or hen/stag do, wear something that makes you feel great and has a bit of flair – after all, it’s a celebration! It doesn’t have to be formal: your favourite dress, an open-collar shirt or a stylish T-shirt will do nicely. Most importantly, make sure you feel comfortable and like yourself. It also looks brilliant when the whole group coordinates in similar colours or styles.

Avoid large slogans and logos, as these can be distracting in photographs. And if you’d like to add something extra, feel free to bring a themed accessory – a headband, sunglasses or a flower for your hair… Anything that gives the celebration that little bit of sparkle.

What should you know?

• Each additional photograph outside the agreed package is available for 350 Kč.
• You will receive digital previews to choose from within 1 to 4 weeks of the photoshoot.
• The price does not include the hire of a studio or other venue, if required.
• The photographs are intended for personal enjoyment only and may not be used commercially.
• The photoshoot is also suitable for people with health limitations – the location and schedule can simply be adapted to ensure you are comfortable.
• Children may take part in the photoshoot with the accompaniment and consent of their legal guardian.
• If the weather is unsuitable (rain, extreme heat or temperatures below –15 °C), an alternative date will be arranged. The priority is always making sure you feel comfortable.
• Photoshoots outside Prague are possible, but travel costs will need to be paid in addition.

The photographs are intended for personal use only and not for business promotion. Before the photoshoot, a simple agreement setting out the terms of use will be signed. The experience can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the details are agreed. Once preparations have begun, the cancellation fee is 25%; less than 4 days before the photoshoot, it is 100%. The only exception is serious unforeseen circumstances; all other cases are assessed individually.
