Biohacking restart: cryochamber & oxygen therapy

The experience begins at the Náskok Studio in Brno, where you will prepare for the first part of the treatment. First, you will spend 2 to 3 minutes in a cryochamber with a temperature of up to -110 °C, which will intensively wake up the body and start its defence and regeneration mechanisms. This is followed by 10 to 15 minutes of active warm-up in the cardiozone, for example on a treadmill or rowing machine, to dilate the blood vessels and prepare the body for the next phase. After a short break, you will move to the hyperbaric chamber where you will have 60 minutes of oxygen therapy under pressure. It is during this phase that the increased amount of oxygen reaches deeper into the tissues and promotes regeneration, circulation and overall vitality. In total, allow approximately 90 to 110 minutes for the experience, as there is also a change of clothes, transfers and final depressurization to allow for.

1) How long does the whole package take?

The total length of the experience is approximately 90 to 110 minutes as it includes the cryochamber, warm-up in the cardiozone, transfer and 60 minutes in the hyperbaric chamber.

2) How long does the stay in the hyperbaric chamber last?

The therapy in the hyperbaric chamber itself lasts 60 minutes. The longer total experience time includes instruction, transfers and depressurization.

3) Is a reservation required in advance?

Yes, a minimum of 48 hours advance booking is required for this package.

4) What should I bring with me?

Sportswear is recommended, i.e. t-shirt, shorts and tall cotton socks. Jewellery and electronics must be put away before entering the hyperbaric chamber.

5) Who is the experience not suitable for?

The package is not suitable for conditions such as pacemakers, acute illness, untreated high blood pressure, claustrophobia, hypertension or some more serious medical complications.
