In the comfort of your home, under the guidance of an experienced chef, you will learn to cook a three-course menu consisting of the following dishes:
- Kulajda—a delicious creamy soup with mushrooms and dill that just scream Czech cuisine.
- Chicken Paprikash—this traditional main course, which has its roots in the days of the Austrian Empire, will be accompanied by delicious potato pancakes that you will also prepare.
- Buns filled with plum jam—something sweet to top it all off in the form of classic yeast-leavened buns.
The course is live-streamed, but the price of the experience also includes unique pre-recorded videos detailing the more complicated parts of each recipe. The course takes about 3 hours; please plan accordingly. You'll receive the complete list of ingredients in time, so that nothing will stop you in your pursuit of perfect lunch. The maximum number of course participants is 6, so you don't have to worry that Ondra wouldn't be able to attend to your questions enough.
