Timely delivery

We understand that you need the experience to arrive as soon as possible, and we guarantee on-time delivery. However, once every 10 years (usually around December 24), one or two packages wander off and disappear somewhere only they know.

In case that happens with your package, let us know right away and we will do everything we can to deliver it as soon as possible. If there happens to be some setback we cannot do anything about, we will send you a 200 CZK discount as an apology.

The course of the experience and other questions

We test all our experiences ourselves, so it's extremely rare they don't match our description. But don't worry, even if it happens, it's only once every 20 years. Was the experience not like you imagined? The best way to solve this is to bring it up with the instructors on the spot.

Instructors at the location

We can vouch for all our instructors and keep in contact with them. If you happen to not like their behavior, talk to them on the spot so you can enjoy the experience as much as possible. And if you still feel like their behavior wasn't quite it, email us at  info@adrop.cz or call us at +420 484 800 980 and we will talk it through with them.

The date of the experience and the its reservation

Did you make it to the location only to find out there was no experience waiting for you? With no explanation? In that case, it is best to call the instructors immediately (their contact details are written in the booking confirmation).

If you don't hear from anyone, email us at  info@adrop.cz or call us at +420 484 800 980. You will get a full refund or a half of the amount in voucher form. There must've been some mistake or a communication error, but don't worry, this happens once every 10 years at most.
