You will first receive a short briefing. You'll learn how to dive with diving equipment safely, after which you will put this theory into practice. Under the guidance of an experience instructor, you will assemble and prepare your equipment and put on your diving suit. Then you just put on the breathing apparatus, and you're good to go!
The depth of the dive gradually increases as the diver gets used to all the new sensations. After you've mastered everything in a regular pool, you, together with the instructor, will move on to the diving pool and gradually get to a depth of 8.5 meters.
