You can head to the sauna experience every day between 12-23 p.m. You can choose from a variety of sauna types and sauna ceremonies, which take place every weekday from 5 p.m. (4 p.m. on weekends) and every hour thereafter. The last ceremony takes place at 22:00.

You can park on the street directly in front of the sauna world (weekdays 10 CZK/hour, weekends free).

What saunas can you visit in Prague by the Vltava River?

• Nordic sauna is a classic dry Finnish sauna with a temperature of 85 to 95 °C and humidity around 10-20%. It is suitable for relaxing sauna ceremonies - the woody essences with which it is scented support the immune system and the respiratory system.
• Bylink sauna has a temperature of around 80-90 °C and humidity of around 20-30%. It offers a different scent of herbs every day, which induce a sense of calm and have beneficial effects on health. This panoramic sauna is also the place for music therapy sauna ceremonies, which will deepen your relaxation experience even more.
• The Ceremonial Outdoor Sauna has a temperature between 80 and 85 °C and is the largest sauna in the Czech Republic - it can accommodate up to 100 people. It is designed for theatrical sauna ceremonies and can be enjoyed during the winter season from October to April.
• African Sauna features a temperature range of 75 to 85°C and is made from the wood of the African Abachi willow tree. Upon entering, you are surrounded by one of the fragrant essences that are added to the water several times a day to moisten the stove. As a result, this sauna has a higher humidity than others. This helps relax muscles and joints, opens the airways and relieves symptoms of asthma and shortness of breath.
• Tepidarium is a room heated by dry heat with a temperature between 55 and 65 °C. It is used to warm the body, relieve muscle tension and relax the body. It is suitable for the beginning and end of a sauna session or before a massage.
