What to expect

Before the shoot, you’ll have a short introductory chat with the photographer to discuss your ideas for the final images. You’ll also complete a simple questionnaire, helping her get a better feel for what makes you and your family unique.

Together, you’ll agree on the exact location and time, and receive recommendations on outfits and small props. Before the photoshoot itself, you’ll also sign an agreement covering the use and possible publication of the photographs, so that the terms are clear for everyone.

The package includes:

• 10 professionally edited photographs in an online gallery, 3 black-and-white photographs as a bonus, and 1 spontaneous mobile snapshot sent straight to your phone.

What should you wear for a family photoshoot?

• Stick to neutral colours – black, white, beige or grey won’t distract from the people in the photos.
• Layer up – layers add depth and give you the option of quickly changing your look during the shoot.
• Avoid bold patterns and logos, as they can draw unnecessary attention.
• Comfort comes first – it’s the best way to move and look natural.
• Accessories are welcome, but keep them subtle – delicate jewellery or a scarf can complete your outfit, but shouldn’t steal the spotlight.
• Choose outfits to suit the setting – what works in nature may be different from what works in the city.
• Consider the season – opt for airy fabrics in summer, and don’t be afraid to layer up in winter.
• Coordinate your looks – in colour and style, without needing to match exactly.

Most importantly, feel comfortable and be yourselves. That’s what gives photographs their soul.

What should you know about a professional photoshoot?

• Each additional photograph outside the agreed package is available for 350 Kč.
• You’ll receive digital previews to choose from within 1 to 4 weeks after the shoot.
• The price does not include the possible hire of a studio or other venue.
• The photographs are intended for personal enjoyment only, not commercial use.
• The photoshoot is also suitable for people with health limitations – the location and schedule can simply be adapted to ensure you feel comfortable.
• Children may be photographed when accompanied by and with the consent of their legal guardian.
• If the weather is unsuitable (rain, extreme heat or temperatures below –15 °C), we’ll arrange an alternative date. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable.
• Photoshoots outside Prague are possible, but travel costs will need to be covered.
• Your loved ones are welcome to attend, but for the most relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, we recommend keeping this time just for those taking part in the shoot.

The photographs are for personal use only and may not be used to promote a business. Before the shoot, a simple agreement setting out the terms of use will be signed. The experience can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the details are arranged. Once preparations have begun, the cancellation fee is 25%; less than 4 days before the photoshoot, it is 100%. Exceptions apply only in the case of serious unforeseen events; all other cases are handled individually.
