The 7-day fitness program takes place at BYM FIT in Prague. It begins with a measurement on the InBody270 device, which reveals your current physical condition. You'll learn about your body composition, including fat, muscle, and water levels, and discover where fat tends to accumulate. This information will then guide a lifestyle consultation. Of course, exercise is an integral part, and you'll have two one-hour sessions with a personal trainer included in the package. During these sessions, you'll learn to move better and more efficiently.
