Before you hit the wall, you will first get acquainted with climbing equipment - you will learn how to properly fasten the harness, use carabiners and belay devices. Then comes the climbing games to get you warmed up and ready for the main part of the lesson.
And then it's up! You'll try different challenging routes, learn how to grasp holds correctly and work with your feet and balance. In the breaks between climbing, the instructor will introduce you to knot tying and belay operation so that you feel confident not only on the wall, but also when belaying your partner.
The price of the artificial wall climbing course includes entry to the wall, instructor's services and equipment rental except climbing shoes. Just bring clean indoor shoes.
