The two-hour roller skiing course takes place from spring to autumn and lasts two hours. During the course, you and your instructor will focus on driving technique and the differences from cross-country skiing on snow. Participation is open to all sports enthusiasts 12 years and older with basic fitness and a desire to learn something new.
The price of the roller skiing course includes:
- 2-hour group lesson,
- roller ski rental,
- accompanied by an experienced instructor.
The price of the experience does not include the rental of boots, poles and protective equipment. Cross-country ski boots and bike helmet ideally bring your own. You can also add knee and elbow pads. Alternatively, you can rent shoes, helmet and poles for a small fee on site, but check in advance to see if the equipment is available.
Classes are small group, with a maximum of 7-10 participants per instructor, but often the group is much more intimate. This ensures that the instructor is fully committed to you and that the teaching is adapted to your abilities and pace.
