Harmonizing meeting with yoga and Tai-chi takes place in Chaloupka na dobém konci (Cottage at the Good End) located in the nature of the Highlands, in the village of Hněvkovice near Ledec nad Sázavou. There you can expect 7 hours of relaxation, self-discovery and pleasant stretching.

Progress of the meeting:

9:00: start and introduction
9:30-11:30: first block of exercises
12:00-13:00: vegetarian lunch
13:30-15:45: second block of exercises
