Harmonization stay with yoga and TAI CHI

Has the stress been too much? Come to a harmonising session with yoga and Tai-chi and Qigong, where you will forget about the daily hustle and bustle and immerse yourself in techniques that bring peace of mind, improve body flexibility and take care of energy restoration.

The experiential workshop lasts 7 hours, during which there will be ample time for practice and reflection. You will also learn how to relax more easily in everyday life and better control the flow of energy.

Why Yoga?

You will stretch your body, improve flexibility and relieve tension and stress. It starts with relaxation and then progresses into yoga postures where conscious breathing plays a major role. The whole exercise ends with deep relaxation, which will relax you perfectly.

Tai Chi and Qi Kung:

The gentle, flowing movements will help you to release energy, relax your body and mind and restore balance. It is the ideal way to tune into the present moment and improve mobility and concentration.

What to do when not exercising

In your free time, you can eat and explore interesting topics such as permaculture, medicinal herbs or intuitive dance.

Space for creativity then offers music - specifically playing hang pan, didgeridoo or djembe, or you can relax in the sauna. This experience is the perfect opportunity to get inspired, boost your health and return to your normal life full of strength and peace.
