Sport climbing is great fun, where you can stretch your whole body and get your head involved. But to make it a safe pastime, it's worth learning how to use climbing gear properly and belay like a pro first.
That's what the individual artificial wall climbing course for beginners is for. Together with an instructor , you will learn about the basic climbing equipment, from harness to belay, andlearn how to move efficiently on the wall.
Even if it doesn't look like it at first glance, climbing is all about using your feet and working with your centre of gravity. Your arms will ache too, don't worry - you'll go home feeling good about overcoming yourself and discovering that muscles you didn't know you had until now can be pleasantly sore.

Before you go up, you will first get acquainted with climbing equipment - you will learn how to properly fasten the harness, work with carabiners and belay devices. Then comes the warm-up and climbing games to get you warmed up and ready for the main part of the lesson. On the wall, you will try several different difficult routes and learn how to solve "problems" - how to properly grab different types of holds, how to work with your feet and still keep the right body position.
In the breaks between climbs you will learn basic belaying techniques, knot tying and belay operation. At the end, you will stretch and evaluate whether climbing will become your new passion or just a great experience.
The price of the artificial wall climbing course includes entry to the wall, instructor services and equipment rental except for climbing shoes. Just bring clean indoor shoes.
