You will learn the complete way of macaroon making in Prague at Holešovická tržnice. The whole course will be taught by an experienced pastry chef—Monika Křemenová—for whom baking as a hobby turned into a full-time job.

- How to make a vanilla cream
- How to make a pistachio cream
